Yoga Classes
Yoga for Now provides provide yoga classes in your workplace to fit
in with your timetable. Both simple and accessible, our yoga classes are
designed to help participants learn how to deal effectively with stress,
improve concentration, develop better breathing habits, make better use of
energy, improve body awareness and "reconnect" body and mind.
Our fully qualified instructors draw from a variety of relaxation techniques
and hatha yoga principles to teach you/your staff useful strategies to help
break down habitual responses to stress. You/your staff will learn to retrain
your body and mind so that you do not automatically respond to stress in
ways that serve to increase tension in negative and debilitating ways.
Classes incorporate a variety of breathing exercises, gentle postures (with
suggested modifications for daily use) and guided relaxation. Participants
are encouraged to work at their own capacity whilst contributing to an environment
of support and acceptance in the class.
Yoga classes are available in free-standing terms (minimum of 6 weeks -
once class per week). Alternatively, you may be interested in combining one
of our Development Programs with a follow-up yoga term.

I am really enjoying classes and also getting a lot out of it. I like getting
the strength workout from the stretches. I also like being corrected so
that posture is right and I get an idea of which bit should be working
and which bit should be relaxing."

precise with what muscles that should be used in various poses etc. You
are a very good teacher and I'm really glad you are teaching me. Your knowledge
of Yoga is evident, and your instruction is very clear.
I look forward to Yoga every week - it is a highlight in my week. I love
it!"
